Plans and billing
How do I start?
Pick a plan and start a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start, $0.00 is charged today, and your first payment is on day 8 unless you cancel before then.
Is it priced per user?
No, per business. One price covers the business and the people who sign in: Starter includes up to 4 users, Pro includes up to 12 users and Enterprise includes unlimited users.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from Settings. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Getting set up
We're leaving ServiceM8. What comes with us?
Everything: clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and photos. Your VexOp Partner moves it across for you and checks it with you before you go live.
I'm just starting out. Can you help?
Yes. We set the business up with you from nothing: ABN, insurance, books, quote templates, your website and the system to run it, so you're ready for the first job.
Will you build my website?
Yes. A professional trade website on your own domain, built and looked after with you, with every enquiry landing in VexOp+ as work.
The team behind it
Who do I talk to?
Your VexOp Partner, someone on our team. Ask in the app, day or night, and it's tracked until it's sorted: a fix, an integration or advice on growing.
What does Ask VexOp do?
It answers how-to questions straight away, and questions about your own jobs, quotes and invoices, showing each person only what their access allows. It reads your records and never changes them.
Can you connect my other tools?
Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB connect out of the box, so invoices and payments land in your books without retyping. Need something else connected? Ask your VexOp Partner and we'll build it.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted and private to your business, so no other business can ever see it. It is yours, and it is never used to train AI models.
