All prices in Australian dollars, with no setup fee. Starter and Pro start with a 7-day free trial: a card is needed to start, $0.00 is charged today, and your first payment is taken on day 8 unless you cancel before then.

Usage is added to your next payment: text messages at A$0.10 per message segment, and AI use above your plan's monthly allowance (Pro includes US$25 and Enterprise US$250 a month) at cost plus 20%, converted at A$1.55 per US$1. Usage during a free trial is not charged.

Hands-on services, such as setting up a new business or moving your history across, are quoted before any work starts. The full terms are in the Billing, Payments and Refunds Policy.

US dollar prices converted at 1.44 Australian dollars. The website figures are the low end of a local designer build. Texts sent from VexOp+ are charged per text, like any texting service.

Is it priced per user?

No, per business. One price covers the business and the people who sign in: Starter includes up to 4 users, Pro includes up to 12 users and Enterprise includes unlimited users.

How does the free trial work?

Starter and Pro start with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start, $0.00 is charged today, and your first payment is on day 8 unless you cancel before then.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, from Settings. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period, shown before you confirm. A downgrade starts from your next renewal.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, you keep full access until then, and nothing more is charged.

Will my price go up?

Never without notice. You are emailed at least 30 days before a price change reaches you, and the new price only applies from a renewal after that.
