Your day at a glance
My Day is the daily working page. It greets you with today’s bookings and assigned jobs, and keeps messages and notifications in a rail beside your work so you do not lose your place.
Clocking on and off
Clock entries build your weekly timesheet automatically. You can check yours any time at HR, then My Timesheet.
- 1.Tap On my way when you set off. The job moves to On Route and the driving kilometres are recorded on the job. Then clock on when you arrive.
- 2.Work the job. Photos, notes and forms all attach to the job as you go.
- 3.Clock off when you finish or switch jobs.
For employees
If you are an employee, My Day is your home page. You see your own bookings, the jobs assigned to you, your timesheet and your profile. You do not see company-wide financials or other people’s work.
Most field staff use the VexOp Field iPhone app rather than the browser. It is the same account and the same My Day, built for a phone in one hand.
For owners
Owners get the team view as well: who is on duty and where the day’s work is at, so the morning check takes a glance instead of a phone around.
