How it works
When a customer replies to an email VexOp sent, the reply routes into your Inbox and joins the same conversation thread. The back and forth stays inside VexOp, visible to your whole team, instead of trapped in one person’s personal email.
Folders
Inbox holds conversations your customer has written in. Sent holds emails you sent that have no reply yet; a reply moves the conversation to Inbox. Portal holds messages from the client portal. Deleted holds what you deleted: Restore puts it back, and after 30 days it is removed for good. The emails always stay on the job or client.
Unassigned is a chip inside Inbox. It shows the email VexOp could not match to a job or client, and forwarded or dropped email still to file. File each one with a click.
Reading and replying
- 1.Open a thread to read the email chain, expand any message for the full body, and download attachments.
- 2.Reply from the composer at the bottom. Your reply sends from your business identity and the customer’s answer returns to the same thread.
- 3.File the thread to a job or client so it shows on that record’s activity timeline.
Availability
The inbox is switched on per business. If you cannot see Inbox in your sidebar and want it, raise a request in the Partner Hub and the team will set it up.
