Finding your way
Go to Settings, then Integrations & Add-ons. Each tile shows what it connects and whether it is on. Click a tile to open its page, where you connect it, set it up or check on it. The filter at the top narrows the tiles by kind.
Add-ons
Add-ons are extra parts of VexOp+ that a business switches on when it wants them. They are included in Pro and Enterprise, so there is nothing more to pay. Each tile says what it adds and who it suits, and What changes lists what you will see once it is on.
Only an owner switches an add-on on or off, with the switch on its tile or its page. Switching one off hides it for everyone. Nothing it holds is deleted, and automations that need it pause until it is back on, so switching it on again brings it all back.
On the Starter plan an add-on shows Pro. Its page has See plans for the owner. See the article on switching add-ons on and off.
Data import
Data import, under Integrations & Add-ons, is where an import from ServiceM8 is run and reviewed. See the article on reviewing your ServiceM8 import.
Something not listed
The services tiles ask VexOp for a tool that is not listed, a custom integration, help setting up a new business, or a move from ServiceM8.

Add-ons are extra parts of VexOp+ an owner switches on in Integrations & Add-ons. Switching one off hides it everywhere and deletes nothing.

Finding your way around Settings
Settings is ordered by how often you use each part, starting with Automations and Templates. Your own settings are on My profile.
Connecting Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB
Connect Xero, QuickBooks Online or MYOB, and each invoice goes across when you send it and payments show on both sides.
AI connections: Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity
Connect your own Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity (beta) to VexOp+, so it can look up your jobs, clients, quotes, invoices and schedule. It only reads, and it sees only what you can see.
Billing and your subscription
Your VexOp plan, card and charges live in Settings under Plan and billing, with exact amounts shown before anything is charged.
Two-factor authentication
Add a second check at sign-in so a stolen password alone cannot open your account.
My profile and your own settings
Your password, two-step sign-in, email signature, forwarding address and calendar feed live on My profile, not in Settings.
